What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with an expert crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. The specific inclusions depend on the charter type—for example, sunset tours offer upgraded refreshments and snacks, whereas business charters provide meeting amenities and specialized catering options.
When should I reserve my booking?
To secure your preferred date, we advise reserving 2–3 weeks beforehand, particularly in the high season, which is between May and September. For business gatherings and personal festivities, scheduling 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended to ensure availability and to tailor the event to your needs.
What is the procedure if the weather is adverse?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event of unsafe weather as determined by our captain, we'll propose to move your booking to a future available slot or issue a full refund. We actively monitor meteorological conditions and will reach out to you if questionable weather is anticipated 24 hours ahead of your trip.
May I provide my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, it's permissible to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks on board. Nonetheless, we also offer excellent catering services, capable of adapting menus to your tastes. Please be aware that due to safety concerns, glassware is not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts cater to passengers with mobility barriers?
We are committed to accommodating all guests. Several of our yachts are more accessible than others. We recommend that you get in touch with us during the booking process to go over your particular requirements, and we will suggest the most fitting vessel and make the necessary preparations for your convenience.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
For cancellations occurring 72 hours or more before departure, a full refund is offered. Those cancelled between 24–72 hours before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the trip are non-refundable, with exceptions due to weather conditions or mechanical complications caused by us.
