- Personal celebrations
- Extended charters
Service availability is subject to change and depends on weather conditions. We may alter or cease services without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
When booking a charter, you must:
- Be a minimum of 18 years old
- Submit accurate and complete details
- Remit the designated deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking occurs upon payment receipt and issuance of our confirmation correspondence. We retain the authority to decline service at our sole judgment.
3.3 Availability
Charters are dependent on vessel availability and favorable weather conditions. We will endeavor to meet your preferred scheduling requests.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All rates are presented in € and incorporate any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices can be altered without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Initial Deposit: 50% of the entire charter fee payable at the time of booking
- Remaining Balance: Due 48 hours prior to charter commencement
- Supplementary fees (if any): Payable upon the charter's conclusion
4.3 Payment Methods
Acceptable methods of payment include major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. We ensure secure, encrypted handling of payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Overs 72 hours before departure: Refund granted minus service fees
- Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Under 24 hours prior to departure: No refund offered
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In cases where our captain considers weather conditions unsafe, options include:
- Rescheduling your charter to an alternative date without incurring extra costs
- Issuing a full refund when rescheduling proves unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If the vessel appointed to you encounters mechanical issues, we will strive to arrange a comparable alternative. Should no substitute be accessible, we will provide a complete refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests are required to:
- Adhere to all directions issued by the crew
- Utilize provided safety gear when instructed
- Disclose any health conditions that may impact their wellbeing
- Stay within specified areas aboard the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
Items not allowed on board encompass:
- Glass vessels
- Illegal materials
- Weapons or firearms
- Excessive beverages (exceeding moderate consumption)
- Animals (unless granted prior consent)
6.3 Behavior
Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Should a passenger's conduct endanger safety or spoil the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to end the charter prematurely without issuing a refund.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Responsibility
We limit our accountability to the charter cost. We are not responsible for:
- Personal injuries caused by your neglect
- Diminution or loss of personal belongings
- Secondary, accidental, or punitive losses
- Delays resulting from weather or events beyond our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our yachts and operations are protected under extensive marine insurance. Clients bear responsibility for arranging their own travel and personal property insurance.
7.3 Risk Assumption
Partaking in our charter offerings implies you recognize the intrinsic hazards associated with maritime activities and accept responsibility for your own safety and security.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, courses, or timetables due to weather considerations, safety requirements, or operational demands. We strive to offer equivalent alternatives wherever possible.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for disruptions, postponements, or changes stemming from unforeseeable circumstances, including but not confined to:
- Severe weather
- Natural calamities
- Legislative directives
- Port shut downs
- Vehicular malfunction
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your usage of our service signifies consent to data collection and management as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
